I’ve been thinking about pausing mentorship.

To take a step back.

Rest.

Recalibrate.

Reset.

Get back in alignment.

Get back to me.

BUT.

If clarity comes from movement, maybe what I actually need right now is movement.

So many International Pharmacy Graduates walk into IPG Mentorship Canada at an absolute low point. You arrive feeling anxious, uncertain, frustrated, and deeply fatigued by the endless hurdles of the Canadian licensing system. You feel like you have to put your life, your confidence, and your joy on hold until you PASS your PEBC exams and finally become a Licensed Canadian Pharmacist.

My current mental and emotional state is actually presenting a unique opportunity.

I get to step directly into the exact mental space I’ve been helping so many IPGs navigate. Not as someone who has "arrived," but as someone actively doing the inner work right alongside you.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate in real time that, we can pursue our best selves, even though, right at this moment, we don't feel like our best selves!

That sounds exciting!

I am running the February Cohort to show you a different way.

It's an opportunity to prove that not feeling your best does not mean you pause your life. It does not mean you compromise on excellence.

✅ You can carry emotional weight and still execute a high-level study strategy.

✅ You can feel uncertain and still show up as an exceptional clinician.

✅ You can be rebuilding your foundation and still achieve extraordinary goals.

The clinical brilliance and resilience inside us didn't vanish just because we are in a hard season. It is still right there, waiting for us to move.

We are NOT waiting for the storm to pass before we start living.

We are showing up, doing the work, honoring our process, and moving forward together.

I'm excited to see what success looks like when we stop hiding our inner struggles and invite light into those challenging places. No more waiting. No more shame. No more presenting as perfect.

We're showing up fully as us. Whether we feel whole or in broken pieces 💚
